Saw G.I. Joe last night. My expectations for this movie were not high going in. So I was surprised that I enjoyed the movie. It definitely put me in mind of those 4 day saga episodes the original show had back in the day. A few things left me disappointed. The Baroness had no accent. Well she did, but it wasn't eastern European or even European. See the movie to find out why. They did stray quite a bit from the animation or even the comics. Marlon Waynes was the comic relief but wasn't overused to the point where he was a frickin goof, as often happens in these kinds of films. (See Dungeons and Dragons) Great fight scenes between Storm
